TERMS: All orders are prepaid or C.O.D., unless other arrangements have been made. Deposits of 50% required on all special orders. No REFUNDS on special orders! Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may take 7 to 21 working days before shipping. FREIGHT: All product is shipped FOB Phoenix, Arizona. Authorization is required for all returns. Non-warranty returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of ship,emt.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Renegade Products warrants to the original purchaser that all products purchased will be free of defects in materials and workmanship 12 months from the date of purchase. During that period, Renegade Products will repair or replace at our inspection any parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover any labor or freight costs that may be incurred. Return Authorization numbers are required for all returns and can be obtained by calling the factory at (602) 269-7265. Defective parts must be returned with sales receipt. This warranty does not cover product subject to accident, negligence, alterations, unsuitable use, abuse or improper installation. No other warranties expressed or implied are being made. Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or injury, direct on consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
